Complaints

Checking the shipment upon delivery
We recommend checking the shipment upon delivery. If visible damage is detected, do not accept the parcel and request a damage report from the carrier.

If the shipment is accepted despite visible damage, transport damage claims may not be accepted.

Warranty period
All products are covered by a 24-month statutory warranty period from delivery.

Submitting a complaint
A complaint can be submitted by sending the goods back together with the complaint form.

The shipment must include:

  • complained product

  • completed complaint form

To make the complaint process easier, we recommend using the complaint form available for download here.

Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted. The goods must be clean and hygienic.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. In case of a valid complaint, return costs are covered by the seller.

Complaint resolution
The seller will determine the method within 3 working days and resolve the complaint within 30 days.

Complaints may be resolved by:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • price reduction

  • refund

  • rejection

After 30 days, the customer may withdraw from the contract.

Exclusions
Warranty does not cover normal wear, mechanical damage or improper use.
