Data, purposes and legal grounds

We process names, addresses, email, phone, order and payment information and correspondence. Data needed to accept, pay for and deliver orders is processed to perform the contract. We cannot fulfil an order without the necessary contact and delivery details. Accounting and tax processing is required by law. Our legitimate interests are shop security and establishing, exercising and defending legal claims.

Newsletter and social media

If you separately subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email with your consent for MIASMI news and offers. Unsubscribe using the link in a message or contact info@miasmi.sk. You may object to direct marketing at any time. When you contact us through Facebook or Instagram, we may process profile information available under your privacy settings.

Cookies and measurement

We use Google Analytics for traffic analysis, Google Ads and Shoptet Kampane for advertising evaluation, and Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure events. This may involve technical identifiers, device, browsing and purchase event data. Non-essential analytics and marketing cookies require your consent. Facebook Conversions API and social widgets are configured to activate after consent. Change your choices through cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent purchases.

Recipients and transfers

Recipients or service providers may include Shoptet, hosting, IT and accounting providers, carriers, payment providers, Google and Meta. These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. See the privacy information from Google and Meta. Contact us for details of specific recipients and applicable transfer safeguards.

Retention

Order data is retained to fulfil orders and subsequently to meet legal duties and handle claims. Accounting records follow applicable statutory retention periods. Newsletter retention depends on the subscription, withdrawal of consent or objection. We may retain the minimum information needed to respect a marketing opt-out. Analytics and advertising retention depends on service settings and consent; a blanket ten-year period does not apply.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Legal obligations may prevent immediate deletion of some records. You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement, including the Slovak data protection authority.
