2. Orders and contract formation
The product catalogue is not a binding offer. By submitting an order with an obligation to pay, you make a binding purchase offer. The automatic acknowledgement of receipt is not acceptance of that offer. The contract is formed when we accept the order by email or dispatch the goods. Check that your details are accurate and complete before submitting your order.
3. Delivery and prices
We normally process orders within 2 business days. Transit time depends on the destination and carrier; see Shipping. We notify you of delays. Available destinations, carriers and the total price of goods, delivery and any additional services are shown at checkout before you place the order. The price at the time of ordering applies; later price changes do not alter it. Any free shipping offer is shown at checkout according to the destination, order value and carrier.
For consumer purchases, we bear the risk of loss or damage during delivery until you or your designated recipient receives the goods, except where you independently arrange a carrier we did not offer. We recommend checking the packaging and documenting damage. Accepting a damaged parcel or not obtaining a carrier report does not in itself remove your statutory rights.
4. Payment
Available methods and any fees are shown at checkout for your destination and currency. Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed through Shoptet Pay; we do not receive your card details. Cash on delivery is available only where offered at checkout. We send invoices electronically. See Payment methods.
5. Withdrawal and voluntary returns
You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. We also offer voluntary returns within 30 days of delivery.
For voluntary returns after the statutory 14-day period, items must be unworn, undamaged, complete, with their tags and in their original condition. These conditions do not limit your statutory rights. For statutory withdrawal, you are only liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
1. Notify us of your withdrawal or return
Send a clear statement to reklamacie@miasmi.sk or by post to the address below. Include your name and information identifying your order and the goods. Using the form is optional, and you do not need to give a reason for statutory withdrawal. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient.
2. Pack and send the goods
For statutory withdrawal, send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Include information that allows us to match the parcel to your order. Send your parcel by post or courier to:

You bear the direct cost of return shipping. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
For returns from Slovakia, you may arrange to use a Packeta drop-off point with our ID 92282645. This optional service costs €4.90. You pay nothing at drop-off; MIASMI initially pays the carrier. If you choose this service and expressly agree with us to deduct its price, we deduct €4.90 from your refund. You can confirm your choice and agreement by email when notifying us of your return. We do not make this deduction without your express agreement. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability and pricing for returns from other countries.
Refunds
For statutory withdrawal, we refund payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. For a full withdrawal, this includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offered. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
We use your original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise without additional charges. Only provide an IBAN if we have agreed on a refund by bank transfer. For voluntary returns after the statutory period, we refund the price of the returned goods within 14 days of receiving them and checking that the voluntary return conditions are met.

6. Faulty goods
Your statutory rights for faulty goods apply. Our Complaints Policy explains how to make a claim, available remedies and costs. Using a form is optional.
7. Alternative dispute resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a complaint outcome or believe we have breached your rights, you may ask us to resolve the issue. Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may use a competent alternative dispute resolution body, such as the Slovak Trade Inspection. A list is available on the European Commission website.
8. Other provisions
Goods remain our property until paid for in full. Slovak law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence where applicable. The contract language is Slovak; this English version explains the terms. MIASMI content and photographs may not be used without permission, except as permitted by law.
Effective from 30 September 2026. The version in force when your order is submitted applies to that order.
