Returns at MiaSmi

If your order doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with original tags attached.

How to return an item

1. Complete the form
Download and fill out the return form.

2. Pack the item
Pack the item securely and include the completed form.

3. Send the parcel

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the return, your refund will be issued to the bank account provided in the form within 14 days.
