Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when purchasing goods through the online store www.miasmi.sk.

Order and contract conclusion

By placing an order in the online store, the buyer submits a binding purchase offer. The purchase contract is concluded upon order confirmation or dispatch of the goods.

Product presentation in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information.

Delivery

The seller undertakes to deliver the goods as soon as possible to the address specified by the buyer.

The invoice is delivered electronically.

The seller is not liable for:

delivery delays caused by carriers
incorrect buyer information
transport damage
force majeure

The buyer is obliged to accept and pay for the goods.

Delivery time

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

In case of delay, the buyer will be informed.

Prices

Prices are valid at the time of ordering. The seller reserves the right to change prices.

An electronic invoice will be issued.

Payment

Available payment methods:

Shoptet Pay (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Cash on delivery

Card payments are processed securely via Shoptet Pay.

Cash on delivery fee: €1.60.

Refunds are processed via bank transfer.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

Goods must be returned unused, complete and undamaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.

Refunds are processed within 14 days.

Complaints

Complaint handling is governed by a separate Complaint Policy.

The statutory warranty period is 24 months.

Retention of title

Goods remain the property of the seller until fully paid.

Governing law and language

These Terms are governed by Slovak law. The contract language is Slovak.
